सत्त्वगुण से किए गए कर्मों का फल शुद्ध और सुखद होता है,
रजोगुण से किए गए कर्मों का फल दुःख होता है,
और तमोगुण से किए गए कर्मों का फल अज्ञान होता है।
English Translation
The result of action performed in Sattva (goodness) is pure and joyful;
the result of action in Rajas (passion) is pain;
and the result of action in Tamas (ignorance) is ignorance.
