जब देहधारी जीव तमोगुण की प्रधान अवस्था में मृत्यु को प्राप्त होता है, तब वह मूढ़ योनियों में जन्म लेता है, जहाँ विवेक और ज्ञान का अभाव होता है।
English Translation
When a person dies while tamas (ignorance) is predominant, he is born in deluded wombs, in forms of life lacking discrimination and understanding.
