जब इस शरीर के सभी द्वारों (इंद्रियों और मन) में ज्ञान और प्रकाश प्रकट हो जाए, तब समझ लेना चाहिए कि सत्त्व गुण बढ़ गया है।
English Translation
When light and knowledge shine through all the gates of the body, then it should be known that sattva (goodness) has increased.
